My RSS Reader…The Great Clean Up

If you blog and call yourself a blogger then you probably have a pretty full RSS reader. Mine has been added to considerably over the years. Well I signed into my Google reader account today and I realised that there is a lot of blogs that either I don’t read anymore or that the blog itself  has made its way to blogger heaven and is no longer being published too. So as we approach the end of the year I am going to clean up this list, mainly to make it more readable and also to allow me to add new blogs, that maybe I have not yet read to my reader in 2013.

Clean up my reader

If a blog hasn’t published a post in the last 3 months I’m going to unsubscribe. If I also have more than say 10 unread posts then I’m probably not reading them either so they will be culled too. I’ll backup my list before I unsubscribe so they can be quickly added back if I miss them too much.
